I have flown IAH-UIO regularly for years and this has never been a CPU-elegible flight, but I was surprised to see myself on the upgrade list for a flight next week even though I didn't use an instrument (and not just me - the upgrade list is much longer than I have ever seen it, seeming to reflect all CPU-elegible passengers). I believe this change happened in the past week because the upgrade list for a UIO-IAH flight last week seemed to only reflect instrument-supported upgrades.

Anybody else notice this? Any insights onto why? I'll take it since it will benefit me, but I was quite surprised to see this change.
