I haven’t read whatever you have, but I’ve been GE since day 1 (if I remember correctly, that means 15 years) and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to clear, including at JFK T8. I have the MPC app, and have used it only to assist others, never for myself.
My longest wait ever with GE was at T8 sometime last year, but maybe only 10-15 minutes. Still annoying. A few kiosks down and people not following the directions on the others.
