I think you can see the fireworks from the garden view rooms? You just won't be able to see the towers at the same time. Having said that there weren't any NYE fireworks for the last three years at KLCC (2023, 2022 and 2021), so I wouldn't count on there being one this year. If there isn't one, you're better off taking the KLCC view room to see the light show.
