Hello - can someone please comment on UB - Hotel Toranomon Hills ? How's the tower view room (if I can get an upgrade) ? I heard it's more like a business hotel, how about an anniversary celebration ? Currently the dates I'm looking at are 29K points per night, and for the same nights Andaz is not available on points, GH at 35K, HC Ginza also at 29K. Thanks!
