Related item…hope someone can help here. I recently flew VN (all VN code and metal) and made the rookie mistake of having my FB Plat number in the booking originally. When I imported the trip into the SK app, I was able to switch the FFP to my EBG account. At check in I verified with the agent again that EBG was registered and that my printed boarding passes also showed SK Gold EBG etc. Of course two days after the trip, the VN flights posted to my FB account instead…

In this case, should I contact SK EB first to try to claim the miles with my boarding passes as proof, or should I go to FB to try to get them to “uncredit” the VN flights first before retro-claiming with SK?
