No personal experience, but for other threads on delayed/cancelled flightd, I would probably try to contact the hotel directly ( not via HH) and mention the flight cancellation and see if they can help? ie amend rate or future credit. This would be relying on goodwill as per t&C it would be non refundable. Regardless, if a multi day stay you would be better to contact them or you might me marked down as a no show and lose all your stay
How many days in total are you in Cartagena?
There are no other options to get you to Cartagena quicker than 2 days after the original flight ( not sure on your rights ( I assume you are in the US) as I'm uk based and in some cases we have more rights to a rerouting

Do you have travel insurance/trip interuption insurance that might help?
