You should contact the hotel and see what they can do. (don't waste any time with Hilton Honors / corporate) They may be flexible if it is merely a question of arriving 2 days later than planned, rather than just cancelling your whole stay.

Hilton Gold is irrelevant. If the hotel isn't flexible, then you can contact your travel insurance provider.

If the hotel isn't flexible and you don't have travel insurance, then you will learn a lesson to book flexible room rates and get travel insurance (via a credit card or otherwise).
