Changing non-refundable hotel booking after flight cancellation?
I have a booking, non refundable with Hampton Inn Cartagena. Due to avianca cancelling the original flight, I have to fly almost 2 days later so I will miss 2 nights of my booking. Anyone has a similar situation before, asking hotel to refund two nights out of goodwill? Hilton Gold if it matters.
