I did not think your location comme in perspective about to have a "chance" to be 360 (some say you need to spend well over 150K$/Y (J/Delta)).
One thing. Is you need a near 360 qualification for Ulti with near Diamond benefits (from my personal opinion, Diamond have a better benefits).
My points is it "miss" a level after FB plat. and before Ulti (something like 1.5x the XP (450/500), if you compare SM Plat. & Diamond). BUT, what can you offer to this missing "levels" without make Ulti useless (you can not even offer something similar than choice benefit Diamond have).
