I don’t think Delta will give any non-US resident any chance at DL 360. In terms of qualifications and not benefits DL 360 and FB Ultimate are similar. Difference is no one has any idea what the requirements are for DL 360. At least the qualifications are known for Ultimate. You know even if you switch to earning on FB you won’t make ultimate. I can switch all my loyalties to DL and won’t know if I make DL360. FB makes sense to me since I don’t fly a lot of domestic US. I do loads of transatlantic travel and intraeurope travel. It may seem impossible to you but it’s doable as I am an ultimate living in the US.
