United upgrades preferences - who gets them first?
My wife applied corportate (they have corportate UATP funds and pluspoints) PlusPoint to her flight SFO-ICN. She in premium economy for 30 pluspoints she was put in waitlist.

My question - who is getting upgraded first? Can it happen that somone with GS status books flight several weeks later and get upgraded first for free, while people with PlusPoint upgrades who have no status will get nothing? How priority list looks like?
