Just wanted to follow up. Son could not do OLCI (I tried, too...). Documents approved, but check-in denied. Got to the airport and they told him the flight was over-sold. Gave him his original seat in Y. I told him to ask at the gate before boarding if business had checked in full. They said it had. During boarding, he was pulled aside after scanning his BP and upgraded. Interesting (and welcome) turn of events. Not sure if it had to do with a 14 year old flying alone and staff taking pity on him, or if it's just the way LH/Swiss IT works. EF showed Z5 P1 latest.
