30 euro award booking fee introduction

I just noticed that short haul award flights out of AMS are now carrying a 102 euro euro "government taxes and fees", or 120 euro when traveling via CDG. Ready for some good old Schiphol fees bashing I reviewed the detailed overview...and noticed that it actually is Flying Blue now charging an absurd 30 euro booking fee on short haul awards:

That 30 euro is counted towards "Government taxes and fees" on the booking overview page (Which of course it is not). And, I am assuming now, that this fee would be non-refundable - while previously all taxes and fees were. Combined with the already absurd 70 euro tax makes the use of award flights, especially for the short haul, a whole lot less usable.

Pretty disappointed seeing this extra fee being slapped on. And its not in line with what KLM or AF charge as a booking fee (10 bucks). After a streak of some welcome improvements to the programme this is a clear devaluation.
