I no longer understand how BA manage to function as an airline as everything about them is so tinpot. Nothing works like it should and the staff are hamstrung by reactionary management that has no interest in the customer, only their wallet.
This is going to sound a little bit off the wall, but you do don’t change the clock on your mobile phone do you? I was trying to troubleshoot a colleague’s authenticator issues this week and it was because he manually sets his phone clock a few minutes ahead so that he is never late! These apps produce Time Based One Time Passwords and if both ends are not synchronised the app will generate a code that isn’t valid yet. I only suggest it because you say the application seems to be working. My colleague was further confused because the app worked for his Office 365 login, but that’s because that doesn’t require a time based one time password.
