See the upate above. I was credited but only after the AMEX agent manually did it rather that being automatically triggered as it used to be before. Luckily when I called re a transaction over the summer that should have triggered the credit but didn't, she noted the other transactions and said she would manually adjust so that I use all my UA credit. I hope yours gets posted too!!
