I had the roasted Chicken Breast with white wine cream sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes and shallots out of SLC today. Its one of the newer fall options. It was also served out of the new rectangular dishes.
I loved it and would highly recommend. Very juicy and full of flavor. Vegetables were not mushy. Loved the tiramisu. Overall a great choice.

I had the roasted chicken on SEA CDG yesterday, and while the chicken was quite nice not overcooked and flavorful the vegetables were a disgusting mess. Decent wine and a really good cabin crew upfront.
