I set up family sharing years ago, it looked fine on the website. Didn't even need to use it, was just accumulating.

This year when I actually went to book a flight, I only realized after booking that the family sharing was no longer set up.

I didn't make any changes or do anything sneaky. This is so super annoying, has it happened to anyone else?

Honestly part of the reason I was trying to cash out, I even converted MR points to book a flight, is because this program has been nothing but trouble and I'm not interested in AP anymore. But I still wanted to use up the points, even though redemption values are pretty lackluster.
