It depends on the time of the flight. If you are flying at lunchtime or evening the service is as described by og. However if you are taking a breakfast flight they serve a cooked or continental breakfast, toast and their delicious energising smoothies. Later in the flight they serve a "morning tea" style snack.

On the couple of occasions I have flown these flights this has consisted of a pastry on one occasion and a doughnut on another (both very good quality)
