Krisflyer audit check
Hi,
can I seek some advice from the fellow people here.
yesterday I am caught by surprise that my account was under audit check. And I can’t log into Kris+ and Singapore airline app don’t allow me to do any redemption they have limitation on the service allow.
i have call and email CSO and provide the passport of nominee, written letter and My ic. I have been calling Kf many times to expediate the normalise of my account and was advised to only wait as it is handle by another department beyond the call centre control.
anyone experience this before and is it possible to drop by Singapore airline office ION to resolve this issue?
so far no news from the audit dept can only wait.
