You need a paid subscription to expertflyer.
A free subscription there will allow you to look at a small number of seat maps per day and see which seats are currently taken or blocked. But that doesn't tell you how many people may not have chosen (or be allowed to choose) a seat yet, or how many tickets are still on sale.
