Interesting, an A321.

Probably weather related.

CYXY 012200Z 15013KT 15SM BKN007 M03/M04 A2965 RMK SC7 SLP084
CYXY 012300Z 15013G18KT 15SM BKN007 M03/M04 A2962 RMK ST7 SLP075

The approach was carried out half way between these two sequences.
I don't know what type of RNAV approach the 321 is capable of doing.
Depending on which RNAV approach is being done, minimums from the north are either 500' AGL or 712'AGL
The approach from the south has lower minimums, but it was to windy for that.
