Have just done this in the 332 in the other direction.

The flight is 4 hrs PER-SYD (especially when hurrying to beat the 23:00 curfew). It's just like a progressive 3 hour meal service (the crew get their meal after the hungry & thirsty J pax have been fed and watered (or beered & wined). First a bar service (with top ups), then starters are served (with more bar service), next the main course - a salad then a choice of three meals - and it seems everyone got their first choice (and a bar service); next is dessert (yummy ice cream). Coffee, tea, port, liquors, chocolates to follow. Then another bar service or three. Oh, there's water served too. No time for another meal or snack - couldn't fit one in if you tried.

The milennium seats are pretty good, but some have complained about the 7 across layout).

You don't get to pre book seats (you can't on domestics). Your QF FF profile will direct the computer where to allocate your seat.

No time to use an amenity kit (which is NOT issued)- too busy eating and drinking. No real need for one anyway.

You'll have a great time.
