Child’s Seat Assignment Changed, Now Sitting Apart from Mother
Hello LH Team!
My 4 year old’s seat was changed and is no longer sitting next to us and her original seat is no longer available. Customer service could not explain why her seat was changed. There was NOT an equipment swap. They also could not offer me a new seats next to each other. (Though two seats next to each other are blocked but not occupied) For safety I need to be able to assist my 4 year old. Since Lufthansa is responsible for the unknown reason my 4 year old got reseated away from us I need to know how this can be remedied? Thank you!
