App sync issues
Another gripe. Flying back to WLG from BKK today, with the first sector on TG.
Yesterday the AirNZ app said check-in at the airport and is pretty much useless for doing anything. So I used the TG app and completed a fuss-free OLCI for all sectors.
I’d thought the NZ app would subsequently sync overnight and show me (at least) as properly checked in - but nothing has changed.
This is seems a very poor situation where the app simply doesn’t sync with the current situation, especially given the drive to use digital devices and do everything online.
