Call BA, ask the agent to look into the PNR and ticket history to try to figure out what happened. If the first agent isn’t able to, ask a second.
In the very unlikely event that yields nothing, ask for an Amadeus transcript under subject access guidelines and post it here, where we’ll deconstruct it.
