Was here in July, and IIRC there are escalators from the Hibiya section (exit 1c on the maps) that go directly up to the Roppongi Hills area. It is kinda annoying that the Hibiya section sits right in the middle with no way to pass it so that's not that helpful from Oedo.
Yeah, that's the one from Hibiya. There's a direct path from the top of the escalators there outside into the mall which the hotel can be accessed through.
Pretty sure I took exit 3 from the Oedo line with all the stairs.
