I had a flight just today where before boarding had started the LHR app was already showing the scheduled departure time crossed out and replaced with a time 5 minutes earlier. The BA app and lounge boards continued to display the scheduled time. It was a lightly loaded flight and we pushed back around 10 minutes early but then had almost an hour long taxi out to the runway!
