I am so confused ... are bassinets available in business on 767-400ERs? United says yes on their website and an agent told me yes when I chatted with United, but many people on Reddit said they would get to the gate or the plane and be told no, this plane never has had bassinets in business.

Having or not having a bassinet is kind of mission critical if you have a baby...
