The menu preview doesn't have them except snacks. Webflyer calculator says it's 1180 miles but the UA website that used to say over 1190 miles has been changed to "On longer U.S. flights, we offer our fresh Bistro on board menu. Both hot and cold meals are available for purchase." Canada and Latin America flights still have the 1190 language.

UAs site not as good as posting mileage as they used to be. But looking at status for ORD-FLL, which GC Map shows as 1182, only shows the snack options (and some without the header - just the description of said item...ooops!). ORD-MIA, on the other hand, does show the parfait, cinnamon roll and burrito, and GC Map has that as 1197 miles.
While I like that they show the menu options, I wish rather then just the link to the menu, they would show the summary lines for the cabin also.
Also, website still does specify over 1190 miles for Bistro, at least it does on this page:
