There is a lot of talk about 7.14 v 7.16, but my take is 7.15.xx would also be late unless you arrived at 7.15 to the second? Anything after is then under 20 minutes and therefore late.

Just wondered whether the gate can actually close at 7.15, or in practice is the earliest it can close is 19 minutes and under?
