Hm, tough choice.

I would expect higher discounts for A25 (bestbuy has open box $230+ right now) , and the 2GB more ram +stereo speaker to be worth the difference versus A16 (A16 is effectively 3 more years of upgrade since A25 is one year old now, but if it's $100 more expensive, save the $100 and use it to buy new phone in 5 years).

Both have variants (4GB/6GB/8GB), so check carefully
