If anyone has participated in this promo can you please tell me the timeline in which the 2000 bonus points posted? Terms state 3 to 5 business days after the stay posted.

I checked out of a paid 2 night stay last week Tuesday and it posted to my account by Thursday so at this point we're already past 5 business days from the stay post date. It was at a Residence Inn which I don't see as being ineligible so I'm wondering when I can expect to see the points.
