Same. Spent a lot of time here last year when I was visiting an office in Stockley Park. It's a little on the old side but was always nice enough. Did seem to be getting into coach trips and the like recently though and rates are definitely softer than a year ago so can't say I'm hugely surprised. There's a Hampton Inn being developed further up Bath Road but that's not due until 2026 or so.

The Atrium was in HMG mode through the pandemic and beyond. I think it had reopened recently but not sure if it's back to HMG mode. It is absolutely enormous so I can see why the contract may appeal.
