It has been now 16 days....2 calls...promised of a reply...nothing substantial beside acknowledging it will be addressed! They claim the reply should come in around 7 days...as an Elite Plus, they clearly not in a hurry! I cannot even comment on a reply as none has been provided!

If any of you has a way to help me push this matter, let me know! They have taken without authority 60k miles...so i'm not going to staysilent about this.
