Amex lounge is table service only, and while the included beer and wine is nicer than the one in SK lounge, they do not offer any cocktails or liquor, even at extra cost, let alone for free.
If I want a quick drink, I'm definitely going to SK and making myself an old fashioned or a negroni, rather than being seated in amex and getting a glass of wine.
