Yes, the lounge upstairs.
In the public restaurant on the ground floor, you have to pay or just grab the salad bag for takeaway.
The SAS lounge is not nice. If you have access to the Amex lounge, there really is absolutely zero reason to go to the SAS lounge. Even if you “just want a drink”, the Amex lounge is way superior.
