Definitely Pontus if you have access (Amex Platinum/Centurion). It's a la carte dining, newly renovated, a really beautiful space. If you have limited time, they also offer free bags with salads and drinks for takeaway in the restaurant on the lower level.
The SAS lounge is buffet-style, not nice, no good food/drinks.
