Having flown to NBO in J on 29/10 and having submitted a complaint on the 30/10, today I received a reply.
I wasn’t offered any compensation and was thanked for my feedback but reminded that the trial had received positive feedback from 1000’s.
I have replied stating that this time, an apology doesn’t cut it.
FWIW I think NBO is one of the worse routes affected by this change. It’s a good 11h from boarding to exiting the airport and any arrival at a hotel will be too late (0100 in our case to central NBO) to eat.
