I would understand if there was not lounge access for Golds flying other *A airlines but this seems like a mess.

Flying LH J OSL MUC onwards today.
Given access to the standard OSL lounge for a J LH flight. I was specifically told that I was given this access as a J passenger; not as a *G.
I should have asked re: *G, but I didn't think to do that until I was through security.
FWIW. YMMV.
