I got one email in August about the “weekend upgrade” which also warned that we would need to phone to buy APD for a short time because that was going to take a bit longer.
We are now in November and the front keeps falling off. There is zero mention of any of this on the website as far as I can see. Points calculator issues, G trans Tasman apparent devaluation by stealth, can’t transfer Amex MR, still can’t buy APD without phoning (not that I’m minded to at the moment), my current missing Airpoints from a flight I did take, declined because of a flight I’d cancelled and had refunded. Growing queues for responses (no wonder). Sigh!
