But what if the beancounters remove the budget for lipstick? Important question IMHO since I doubt marketing has much they can say, given that BA seems to have reverted back to the cheap (and not cheerful) approach to customer satisfaction!
I've just started work for BA and have already been promoted!
I suggested they use enough lipstick so people don't notice that we've removed the entire pig from underneath.
