Is there any material difference between the oldest 777-200ERs like G-VIIA (July 1997) , and the newest 777-300ERs like G-STBP (Jan 2021), besides the obvious length difference?

I assume for the pilots and under the skin these planes have evolved quite a lot, but would passengers notice any difference? Any difference in altitude pressurisation etc?
