I didn't. Eventually I received an invoice over email but only contained the incidentals and was told that Hyatt should provide the invoice for the nights.
You are indicating there is not a pop-up folio tied to this stay in the activity history on your Hyatt account (which given the indirect nature of their relationship with Hyatt might not surprise me)?
The stay posted on the account but I can't retrieve the folio.
