Do you have any status with Hilton? Hilton reforma has a better lounge access than all the ones you mentioned above, in my opinion. And the location is central. But between the ones you mentioned the Sheraton Isabel has the best location and walking distance to Roma Norte. There's no comparison between Sheraton four points and Sheraton Isabel. You shouldn't have any issues getting an upgrade at Isabel. If I was still a platinum with Bonvoy I would choose Sheraton Isabel. They have a restaurant inside across from reservations and they make one of the best Margaritas I've tried. But if you like to be in a neighborhood setting with lots of cafes and restaurants bars etc then go for Sheraton four points so you can walk the streets anytime of the day.and night as mostly all the businesses are open to the wee hours of the morning. I never stay at a hotel on the rate alone. Sometimes it's worth it to pay more for a better time.
