For TK challenge I had to book one fun trip just overnighting at Hampton Inn near IST next month - but of course in K-class, as the flight takes 3 hours and 50 minutes one direction
. This will grant extension to 10/2025. Furthermore, next year flights to exotic city holidays to KZ, UZ, and KG will result in rest of the points needed (15000) to hold the status for another year.
I'm off to AYT next week (on business!) so I'll also have the extension - though it overlaps with the LH SEN, for which I got confirmation, that the challenge has been done. Now time for the 5 SK legs to extend the EBG
With all the -stans I have the dilemma of flying QR (for AY Plat extension) or TK (for TK*G extension) - first world problems.
NB - I was TK*G for quite a few years, until I got demoted in August. Not horrible difficult to keep, but you need to fly mid- and long hauls, because inside Europe it's just crazy backtracking, waste of time and money (with a few exceptions on the Balkans)
