You need the TK PNR No. - is different from the Amadeus PNR you received from LM. You will not be able to look up an itinerary booked with a third party like LM or an OTA on the TK website or app (it has been reported many times in this forum), but it doesn't mean that there is something wrong with your reservation/PNR. Rest assured that you will be able to check-in at the check-in counters at CAI.
Please don't abbreviate Turkish Airlines as TA - TA means "travel agent". Use TK or THY.
