I believe United has previously surveyed travelers on separate GS/invite-only areas Polaris Lounges and United Clubs.

I got the survey as well, we will see if anything comes of it. Whatever they do, I vote for something more like the old IFLs and not The Private Room within the SQ First Class Lounge in SIN. But their first priority for the Polaris lounges needs to be creating space and then using the space wisely to accommodate more people comfortably.
