Ordered the chicken fricasse from Louise. Huge disappointment, and borderline disgusting. A round plate with three pieces of chicken thigh meat which had no taste to begin with, covered in white sauce, followed by small bites of pearl onions and carrots scattered around the plate. Presentation from company/school campus catering looks way better, where you can clearly see the starch, the protein and the fibre.
