1. In 1992, CO eliminated upgrades except for Y and H fares. That "enhancement" only lasted a year.

2. CO also started CO Lite. With FC being reduced - do we really have a new CO Lite. CO Lite was shut down in less than 2 years.

Two tested enhancements - that did not work.
