You will have to get to the surface at Roppongi crossing, and then walk down Roppongi Dori to Roppongi Hills. It is not too bad of a walk, and basically level once you reach the surface. I am not quite sure where the elevators get you to the surface at Roppongi crossing, I never used them. There are no escalators to the surface.
